What would you say to a colorless spell that could let you play Crypt ghast or liliana's shade at turn 3 ?The same spell can ramp something else once, or may kill a creature or even counter a spell.All that for 2 colorless mana...The price of playing it is minor, you will have to exchange some swamps with cards like ghost quarters.Warping wail.

I think I see where you are going with this.Turn 1 - Swamp, anything 1cmcTurn 2 - Swamp, Warping Wail for tokenTurn 3 - Ghost Quarter, tap the swamp for mana, use Ghost Quarter, sac token, Crypt GhastThis sound like what you were getting at? I'll order me up some Ghost Quarters and see how it does. Otherwise the deck has been pretty good at the turn 6 range, so speeding that up a turn could be major.
The "price" is a bit steeper. The wail can only be cast for colorless, so ghostquarter will have to be played at turn 2 if you want the boost at turn 3.The advantage is that it has 3 different functions that you can choose between.And don't just buy stuff :)You can proxy the cards and test before buying.
