I understand the point of Nevinyrral's disk, but it could be a good idea to put in Panoptic Mirror, to make the job faster. Along with that maybe Propaganda so that you don't get destroyed by creatures. And these lands are crazy! Unlikely to actually be able to create. Just Tainted Isle and some lairs like crosis's catacombs.

you should probably think about putting in some dragon arch and darksteel ingot
The mana would be hard to get out. Think about adding more Concerted Effort and making that your deck theme. Also, might as well cut out all the cards that aren't type 2. That way it can be type 2, they don't really add anything to the deck.
if you are trying to make a madness deck, try adding a Avatar of Discord. Other then that, this deck would do pretty well in type 2
