This deck is NOT actually $40. It is closer to $30. Anvil of Bogardan's price estimate has not been updated. This deck has four types of cards:1. Cards that let you plan mana on other players' turns. 2. Cards that multiply the amount of mana you can spend between your turn an other players' turns. 3. Cards that let you draw extra cards to spend with all that extra mana. 4. Enchantment/creature cards with flash and instant counters that you can spend on your turn or an opponent's turn with all your extra mana. Basically, by turn three or four you prettymuch have two turns. You'll be able to spend lots of mana on your turn and your opponents' turns, you'll have mostly cards that can be cast anytime, and you'll have plenty of cards in hand to spend with your extra mana.This deck is somewhat weak against decks that destroy enchantments or lands, but you can compensate for this by adding extra counter spells. Also, I have tested this deck and modified the mana curve to maximize your mana-use efficiency on your turn and opponents' turn.
