Fog the opponent and gain enough life to flip chalice of life or filibuster with the elecutors. Sphinx's revelation decks don't do much damage so it's good against them and you can pretty much fog every turn against aggro.

Needs snapcaster. And revelation for card draw. I would also consider Vorel. He doubles filibuster counters. Makes it three turns instead of five

I'd prefer to make this deck budget, so no snapcaster or revelation. I already own most of this, except chalice and urban.
