ok, so im crossed between making a mono-red or a blue-red dragonstorm, so i was running burning wish... two questions: is burning wish legal in legacy and if i run 4 dragonstorms, can i search for a dragonstorm with burning wish? also any other suggestions would be great basic idea of the deck is to play dragonstorm by casting spells for mana exceleration, idealy to use storm enough to cast all four bogardan hellkite to deal 20 damage by 3rd or 4th turn. if you pull a heelkie, just use rorix for 6 damage.
