2 things, detention sphere? And does board wipe work or just get rid of totem armor, I'm talking like day of judgment, not terminus, although terminus would be great against this deck lol

Ahh thanks for the heads up, detention sphere would work better. Good question about the board wipes, but I believe it would still only kill the aura. There are ways to get around totem armors like exiling the creature it's attached to or by making its controller sacrifice creatures, but they're still kickass. :)
Oh yea i agree for sure :) also maybe consider inquesitors i have a standard green blue deckwith invisible stalkers and those in it and its just dirty especially if you get him big and buff

You're right that would be awesome on an Invisible Stalker. I might have to put one in.
Also consider mizzium skin in case you have no aura on something it gives it hexproof with overload option
