First of all, I think that cavern of souls should be a four of in my opinion, although I think it fetches a price. Second of all, try swapping out the Wander's baubles with either evolving wilds/ teramorphic expanse or even traveler's amulets, I think they would fair better (the evolving wilds/teramorphic expanses will also thin out your deck by two cards each time, making your draws slightly more efficient). Third of all, perhaps a valakut could help? I don't want to overprice these suggestions though, I'm not entirely sure of what's expensive or not. Fourth of all, thank you for making something where Scourge of Valkas can be useful, this looks very interesting. I'd love to see it at least in casual play.

Thundermaw hellkite is like a $7 card and would go great in this deck. Also maybe consider throwing in 1 or 2 higher cost dragons, like Utvara Hellkite or Balefire Dragon, But overall that's a pretty awesome deck
