Grave Pact is not good cuz you dont have cratures to put into your graveyard cuz they are more valuable than the effect of the pact
if you want to use Grave Pact you must put some disposable creatures that work with your deck....and grave pact is too epensive for this deck
Also in a mono black deck Consume Spirit is better than Exsanguinate cuz you can use it on creatures that bothers you

what do you think i should i but in the place of the grave pact? i feel ya that its not really to important in this deck. and i know about the comsume spirit but i tend to play with friends usually in a 4 way free for all so i like to be able to affect all of em

Bloodghast would be my choice.

Bloodghast has nothing to do with this deck...
My recomendation are : Sheoldred, Whispering One,Nefarox, Overlord of Grixis, Desecration Demon, Ashling the Extinguisher and that is cuz you have only 2 spots so you are going to need something big for later

For cheaper you can get something like these : Abyssal Gatekeeper, Gatekeeper of Malakir, Chainer's Edict, Consuming Vapors
And Rite of Consumption so you can sacrifice Mortician Beetle for a direct hit

I used to run a similar deck, and I can say gatekeeper of malakir is definitely useful. So is flesh allergy.
