I had a deck a lot like this and Tuktuk, The Returned was the unsung hero of the deck. Seriously, no one sees him coming. I would run 2...for real try them out. You have a lot of ramp with the cultivate and explores where when you play Primeval Titan you won't really need too many lands, I would run 2 and 2x Inferno Titans...nobody gioves him enough credit and in my deck I just ran 3 of him and it raped the board.

Splash blue for Frost Titan and Spreading seas, after you force you can keep there lands tapped down with the titan and keep them off colour w/ the Seas. take a look at my RUG Force deck, kinda the same idea. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=116296
Its interesting, but I think a better kind of fetchland might work, because when yu put tectonic edge, it comes in tapped, and I have experienced this with the same card, that I needed a red for lightning bolt and only got the other colour, the zendikar fetch lands might be a good choice, but nice concept and good deck

give the deck i would use Acidic Slime over Mitoic Slime, it destroy more of their lands
