No real win condition aside from either stealing people's stuff or slow burning them to death. Though there are some options to remove their win cons from their decks. Overall, the only and entire point of this deck is 1. Budget (Less than $100), and 2. Being the most annoying person at the table because you can (while still letting people play the game).
Some artifacts will slow burn opponents for playing things, some creatures can tap on a player's end step to burn them for 1 point each. Mostly, you are there to chime in and be annoying EVERYTIME something happens, maybe aside from playing land.
