take out rakdos' return. Ive played it in my Rakdos deck before. Its way to slow. Better for Grixis decks but not Rakdos. Deviant Glee is nice, I used to swear by it but theres a better card for you. Its called Madcap Skills. Its 1 more mana to cast, but its +3/0 and your creature cant be blocked unless with 2 or more creatures. Trust me, its really good. Imagine dropping a Rakdos Cackler then Madcapping it turn 2. Thats 5 unblockable damage coming at your enemy and theres not a damn thing they can do about it that early in the match.You need more burn cards. And I suggest adding in Stromkirk noble so you have Eight 1-mana cost creatures in your deck along with Cackles. Drop the splatter thugs for Chandra's Phoenixes. A 3mana Flyer with Haste is better than a 3mana with first-strike like Splatter. Splatter WILL clear the board for you with that first-strike, but the Phoenix will actually damage your opponent.

Thanks for the info this deck was actually made a while back when rtr was the only one from ravnica block. (so its a little outdated)but deffanatly will consider your ideas to update the deck
