....this gets me angry, because it's a fungus deck that works, yet has non elf cards that dont have perfect synergy. Congratulations, you've ripped physics. now, on a more serious note, like all fungus decks you should probably add atleast a splash of black for deathspore thallid, or maybe saddistic hypnotist (who is becoming one of my favorite black creatures of all time), and of course, thealon of havenwood, who will make your fungi smash harder than your beasts. and if there's space, overwhelming stampede?
thank you, i appreciate you looking at this and i am glad you like it. i used to have deathspore thallid, but traded them to surewhynot. i know he has posted his fungus deck on here and i think you were theone who helped him with it. even if i still had my deathspore thallid cards, i would have a hard time putting them in the deck. these decks that we make that have two tribes are difficult to make changes to because they are sort of like two decks in one. i am proud of this deck though, it makes a lot of creatures very fast and it makes them strong very fast too. also, surewhynot has not yet made a TS deck without cheating with elves. :P

surewhynot, i have never seen anyone sum up a mood of someone else without seeing them that well. and i realize that sounds a bit confusing, but i just dont know how to make it sound less ridiculous.. and i still think that a thelon or two could help this deck.

Really nice deck, not sure if you cought this but if you have the extra mana you could use Mycoloth, devour as many of the little guys as you can an then cast Fresh meat and repleace the little guys with 3/3's. really nice combo but kind of expensive for 9. really great deck, would be fun to play with. as long as you had enough dice for the counters and all. LOL :) keep up the greaet work guys, I really do enjoy looking at your decks. would hate to play against most of them though. LOL
how fast do you normally get to activate Beastmaster Ascension?
oh i caught it. :P in any token deck the 5 land package of 3 oran-reif, the vastwoods and 2 gaea's cradle is magical. with gaea's cradle in play 9 mana is laughably easy to get. 'expensive' in a token deck with gaea's cradle is more around 14 or 15 i have gotten beastmaster active as early as turn 4 i think, so pretty fast.

I think you would be better off with with forest enchantments (like utopia sprawl) for mana accel instead of BoP and 4 arbor elves, not llanowar elves. On the other hand thats a tradeoff because the mycoloth can eat BoP... Sick deck though - I love funghi!

Great deck! I'm going to have to see about getting some Gaea's Cradles, Oran-Riefs and Beastmaster Ascencion for my own saproling deck
With all of the powerful creatures you can get out with this, you may want to consider adding something like Roughshod mentor to allow all the damage that your opponents blockers can't take to roll through to the opposing player.

Doubling season is always amazing in a fungus deck. couple that with fresh meat... o yeah
realy good deck but its no deck withouth Verdeloth the Ancient the perfect card for this deck
