Merfolk tribal aggro, modern legal, mono-blue, mythic & planeswalker free.

[Djullanar is a historical reference to merfolk in literature]

Sideboard explanation and suggestions:
- Cursecatcher makes for a good blocker and counter if your opponent doesn't realize what's going on and doesn't always leave 1 mana free.
- Deepchannel Mentor should allow later game wins if you're finding your islandwalk via Aquitect's Will countered.
- Spreading Seas costs (U) more than Aquitect's Will, but can be useful in games where your opponent isn't using any blue, and has thin land coverage for a color in his deck. A good mana-screw.
- Coralhelm Commander is there strictly to deal with opposing flyers. Can be juiced up quick enough if need be, and can be as useful for main game as wake thrasher.
- Witchbane Orb is a good swap-in for play against red/black direct damage decks.
