Deck discussion for UW Control Standard Selesnya

You need several turns to take an advantage here and to use your winning conditions. I would add Scry mechanic to control your draw for the Miracle cards, and Talrand, Sky Summoner, not a Spirit, but a a very good card that would have great synergy with all the spells here. Hope it helps, please comment my deck too if have time, http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=396342

I thought about running index (one of the best deck stacking options available in standard) but I just don't know what to pull for it. I have run Talrand in the deck before and he just doesn't work. It seems crazy, but most of my instant / sorcery cards are board wipes. That doesn't play so nice with Talrand's tokens lol.

Snapcaster would, I agree. Not quite sure where I'd put him, but he is useful indeed. He's not in the build atm due to budget restraints. Also, sleep / bluster aern't very useful to me due to the massive amounts of removal I use. perhaps sideboard though.
