Take out 4 forests. Put in 4 Simic Guildgate's. Avenger of Zendikar could be dropped to 3 or 2 even. What about Primeval Titan? May help you mana ramp since your deck is a little high costing. Drop Stormtide Leviathan to 2. Put in some low costing cheap ones. Maybe some elves that tap for mana. Maybe put in Delver of Secrets. 1 drop that could turn into 3/2.

I concur. This deck needs some early protection and more ramp. Mana elves sounds good. Also, consider playing fewer Leylines of Anticipation (possibly 2), you really dont want to draw multiples.Some duals could be usefull. If you need forests (because Beacon of Creation) use Breeding Pool instead of Simic Guildgate.Another thought: Conjurers closet is nice, but it really works well only with Avenger of Zendikar, its useless without him. Either add something else with ETB or remove it. Already mentioned Primeval Titan sounds solid with the Closet.Another problem: Fog. It may help you survive a bit longer, but its very temporary, also it is anticombo with Unexpected Results. Consider instead maybe some token/land/draw creatures, e.g. Jade Mage, Coiling Oracle or Yavimaya Elder.

I noticed you only have 59 cards now? Also I have to point out that a ramp deck with this kind of curve needs something like 25 lands, not just 22.

have you seen my infinite flicker token?it used to have urbis protector for the angel token. possibly moonsilver spear would be good. progenitor mimic and fog bank?or you could always do one of the spiders with reach that are massive.

am I the only person who thinks this deck looks incredibly slow? I would run 4 of those utopia sprawls or Birds of Paradise, and 4 arbor elves or something that gives you a boost. Looks like you very well could end up sitting there for three to four turns waiting to play something useful. If you opponent is even slightly agro or has a nice combo, you could be almost or already dead well before you get a creature out.
