I know it's not over powerful but i made it more for fun and a twist
+1 like, faeries are awesome, i see that there are some good cards missing here like bitterblossom but dunno if you have a cridit limit or so because its very expensive, you could also change it completely (in fact better make a comlete new deck) for a Rogue EDH that use most of the faeries and some other very good cards, take a look in my rogue deck and make your on conclusionshttp://www.mtgvault.com/educn07/decks/better-you-block-this-or/cya
I was trying to avoid the bitterblossom, and the blue expensive one and with a bit of a twist with extra turns and trying to stay faerie at the same time..lol was the idea , i have a look still and thanks, and keeping the cost down ! there one extra turn card i wanna get time warp !
Try to add peppersmoke maybe and cloak and dagger
Dissolve is better than Cancel at the same casting cost. Hinder is too, but it's 4 bucks or so, where as Dissolve is like twenty cents.

Also, with almost a third of your deck being faries, Call of the Kindred will get you a free creature into play pretty often.
