Other good options include Ghostform, Distortion Strike, and Skyblinder's Staff. Plus, you seem a bit lacking on land considering all those high-cost creatures.But these are just exceptions. This deck seems great!

Not bad. Could use a Guilded Lotus or two. and I would replace the Izzet Boiler Works with another dual-land or Izzet Signets.
Slumbering dragon would be a good 1 drop for this deck! really, just make your deck faster but running more of the low mana cost OP dragons and go from there. Aside from that, awesome job!
I think Thundermaw Hellkite is one of the best, find a way to insert. Maybe -1 dragon whelp +1 thundermaw. I'm sorry but i don't speak english very well

You know furnace Welp is better than Dragon Whelp and yes you really should put in Slumbering Dragon. Consider adding in Izzet Signet so you can use Geosurge(the best red mana pool adding card!) often.

Mana cost is a little high. You may want to consider a cheap way to get mana each turn such as Sol Ring.
Rite of flame is strictly better then pyretic ritual.Lightning greaves is better then whispersilk cloak, it costs 0 to equip an comes the turn score you play seething song.
I put in swiftfoot boots, cause i dont know if the dragon trigger effect would work with Utavra dragon
Utvara does not target therefore shroud doesn't stop it. Shroud stops all things that target but Utvara is based on a trigger so it's fine and it also makes greaves significantly better then boots

I love dragons! I plan one day to make a Dragon deck. My 1st and only deck is vampires at the moment. Feel free to check it out!
