Wood elves would do this deck well, can search for your Temple Garden or forests. I'd say more Duals might be nice but if this is a budget deck then that's not an option. Chord of calling is nice for getting a creature out, highly undervalued.
Prodigal Pyromancer is a drawback. take them out and put in more shivan wumpus. also forget about this being a 3 color deck. drob the white and add cards meant to be used in red. use it to your advantage and get some burn cards in there
