Mana base isn't good my friend. Indeed you need some of the ravnica double lands to sort that deck out. 1 Damnation alone is very inconsistent. It's almost as if you'll be praying for this card but never see it at the right time. Perhaps 2x Wrath of God & 2x Damnation. These work well with Ghostway. As you can remove all your creatures from the game then bring them back at end of turn. This is nice with angel of despair.
Concerted effort only works well with Akroma in this deck. That card was designed for Boros weenie decks but wasn't powerful enough to warrant tournament/competitive play. Hope my comments will help you.
