As i have said before, the great sable stag and the omnath have nothing to do with the elf theme change them up.

Omnath is definitely part of an elf deck. Granted he isn't Elf and gains no bonuses to +1/+1 to elves, but he combos well with alot of the elves mana tapping abilities. He lets you store a giant mana pool as well as become a giant monster in the process. The stable stag though I think isn't really all that necessary.
Elvish Piper seems unneeded in this deck, you don't have enough expensive creatures to use him so he's just a 1/1 for 4, especially seeing as you have some good mana ramp cards anyway. Add another Omnath?
