A T2 standard U/B Artifact deck. Lots of quick small creatures to assault your opponent constantly. Steel overseer to buff all these little creatures into a full fledged army. Proliferation can be used on the -1/-1 counters, +1/+1 counters, charge counters, loyalty counters (Tezzeret's ultimate on the turn he comes out anyone?), and, if I have some out, poison counters. I usually will sacrifice artifacts that aren't useful in the situation I am in with throne of geth. If nothing else, it's 2 to proliferate. Side board has turn aside to keep my important artifacts around. And is full of Darksteel creatures if I run into and DoJ/Creeping Corrosions. Comments and suggestion welcome. Please keep them T2 Standard.
