This is my working version. The main deck is what it will look like when done. Still tweaking the sideboard

Yeah zendikar has the most amazing story out of all the planes in my opinion. It's the set I officially started playing in, do it has a soft spot in my heart. And the scary part is that this deck could theoretically ACTUALLY HAPPEN! The Eldrazi and phyrexians are capable of interplanar travel. The phyrexian ideal is no different than the Borg in star trek: assimilate all life to their own. If all three of these entities became a single cohesive group, they would literally be the mtg equivalent of the zerg from starcraft

You would get 3 because initiation overrides infect in this case. Yeah I feel you on the breaking the norm. Mine is actually bg, which gives me access to all the fun cards without losing too much from not running blue

Since I have been running infect since it came out, I can say that I really like this build. Mine is more about getting the last second buff add I'm attacking, but yours is mainly creatures. I always did like ferromancer, I just never could find a deck that seemed to fit him. Given that you run 3 colors, might I suggest trading out a few lands for some evolving wilds and terramorphic expanse? It would increase your chances of getting the right color when you need it and can help prevent getting color screwed. Also, I highly recommend evolution charm. The flexibility it provides is not to be underestimated, especially in infect.

I'm not AS active, but I'm still kind of active. Currently testing one of my more interesting deck designs. http://www.mtgvault.com/drakeraenes/decks/crazy-8s/
So far it's working good. Waste not really breaks the deck

I hear that. I'm a primarily casual player with little experience in the pro scene. Standard is a money sucker, so I prefer modern and legacy. I'll reply to stuff on my decks but I'm not really into trying to rate decks anymore. I will go look at a deck if you post about it on my stuff, but only if you give me a little critique in return. I don't appreciate comments just fishing for views

Swapped out ensnaring bridge for chainer's edict. Should hopefully be more useful than bridge in this build

I run a set of them in my burn. They end up doing more damage to my opponent that to me in the end. Ours a great deterrent

Well this deck is actually just a kitchen table deck I built using what I had on hand at the time. I like delve, but I tend top lean towards casual in a lot of my decks because our group plays for the fun of the game. Winning is just a bonus. Now I don't play just casual though. I do have a few incredibly nasty competitive decks and a few casual decks that are pretty OP in what they do. I make decks for fun, and occasionally I have those gems that I actually make on paper

For dredge the key thing is that you still have to cast the creature. All I have to do is save a render silent for when they try and do creatures

I just liked the idea of tron. But it takes too long to set it up like this so I needed some protection. That's how the turbo fog inclusion happened. It's not anything that will rock a tourney, but for kitchen table it's hilarious

That's because the only decks that seem to get love any more are the budget decks that northy does. I appreciate him, even though the site has become budget crazy, because he is good at what he does. Hardly anyone else from a year or two ago even is active any more it seems. Hell I used to come here several times a day, now I visit maybe once a week. It's rare that a deck gets any good feedback, and most of the time if there is a comment is either the deck owner asking for feedback or some troll that doesn't know the difference between preordain and serum visions. I actually want feedback on a few of my decks that I'm building for tournament play, but they never get any love. The last comment I got on one of said decks was literally so retarded that I smacked my head on my wall to try and forget it. This site is a shadow of what it used to be, and it's sad

Ok normally I'm not wrong on my math but I must've been sleep deprived when I did this because damn. My apologies to the first guy for being a douche. I have no idea what I was thinking when I said turn one...

It is. I'll stick with my genesis wave though since some of my slivers are too high cmc. Still just as dangerous lol

this deck is only a theory. i dont know if it would work in modern at all, but this so far is what i came up with. if you want to see the more viable version of this deck, then look at the legacy one. Im actually about half done building it

Wicked is right. There needs top be a split. I'm far from a pro player, but I do like to make (and physically own) some of my more competitive decks. My infect and burn decks are strong enough that they could potentially place in top 8. I don't know though because tournaments aren't my thing, but I have them to challenge my friends that DO frequent tournaments. I prefer kitchen table magic myself, but I'm no slouch. And I only will buy an expensive card if it is really the only thing that will make my deck work properly. Or if it could potentially break am existing deck, like how my 8 rack deck has waste not and deathrite shaman in it as an experimental deck engine. But at the same time I have a budget blue white deck that only has birds and door of destinies and it can kick the shit out of some rather expensive decks consistently. Why? One, because no one expects tribal birds rofl, and two, it presents am unorthodox challenge of cheap flyers that mass attack and get stupid huge if left alone. Just because it's expensive, didn't make it unbeatable. Strategy is the whole key to magic. Don't have it, and you won't get far on luck alone.

Hey Uganda, know when the last time I had a deck on the hot page that actually was a deck? Over a year ago. I've some crazy ass decks that probably deserve more love than they have gotten, but they don't because no one wants to see them. Everyone is so hyped on budget that they miss lots of good decks. Hell I had a deck that ruled the hot page top spot for two straight months! It may not have been a competitive deck, but it actually people talking about combos and deck engines more than just idle chitchat. Since then I've made a few new decks that are not great but are good in their own right. Do they get any attention? Nope.

Oh, and is nice to see you actually type out your reply in proper English. Now I don't have yup reread your post six times to see what you said
