Countermand nice card, but too heavy..with cunning wish I have to use 7 mana.. Power Sink good too, but extra mana.. I like to have something with 1 or 2 mana or 0 mana like traps and so on..
Void Snare is sorcery.. no.. Boomerang with cunning cost 5 mana cost.. no good option.. cyclonic too..but nice card for commander deck.. Nevinyrral are perfect but comes into play tap and it is artifact.. I need instant spells for side deck..Yeah.. Paths to exile perfect.. but white..
Maniac has right! glimpse the unthinkable put 10 with 2 mana cost too.. I have always swamps.. and extra help with Ghost quarter! ;-)
Jace's Mindseeker too high mana cost... Tome scour very good card, but I have tested this, not working with my control game and so on..

Nice deck with classic infinite mill combos... but no offence I think my mill deck is more powerful than yours... Mine is more controlling and agressive... Take a look!
