Use the tutors to get an Isochron Scepter or anything else out of your deck that you need to pull a combo, most of which you will probably already have. The kill cards are for in case they cast a few pesky creatures before you set up your engine. Surgical Extraction / Extirpate are to eliminate the possibility of seeing another threat of the same kind again, whether that be a creature or counterspell or burnspell etc. Imprint one of the overpowered reuse abuse instants on the Scepter when possible (Angel's Grace, Orim's Chant, Vampiric Tutor, Silence). At this point you have obtained complete board control and essentially turn control as well. Finally, repeat any number of processes to stop your opponent from doing anything until you draw Bog Hoodlums to win the game 4-5 turns later with arguably the worst creature card that magic has to offer.
