This deck uses Portent, Second Sight and Ransack to rearrange or fateseal the top X cards of your opponents library so that they don\'t draw the cards they need. You can force them to draw too many lands or not enough lands, depending on the way their deck is built. Then, the few spells they play you can counter, or if they play creatures, you can get them out of the way with your burn cards. Meanwhile, you\'ve built up enough lands that you can get straight to burning your opponent!
