This deck is still under construction, any advice/Constructive criticism is greatly appreciated. Due to a lack of $ and a severe increase in the pricing of MTG cards I am unfortunately still saving for certain additions.
Glissa is a very aggressive commander, try to get her out on the 2nd or 3rd turn to start wrecking your opponent's life/creatures early on and she will win you the game quickly. Focus on sac-ing weaker creatures (ie. "Ashen Ghoul", "Pilgrim's Eye", "Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord", etc.) to boost the more powerful creatures (ie. "Glissa, the Traitor", "Sisters of Stone Death", "Lotleth Troll", etc.) and/or to control/damage your opponent (ie. "Dash Hopes", "Savra, Queen of the Golgari", "Sewer Nemesis", etc.) The library is filled with great ways to buff up your creatures as well (ie. "Increasing Savagery", "Bow of Nylea", "Corpsejack Menace", etc.) Then using the powers of Necromancy ("Hell's Caretaker", "Vigor Mortis", "Zombify", etc.) to bring all those creatures sac-ed, lost in battle, or removed by your opponent right back into play or your hand from the graveyard and prepare to be re-sac-ed or used as blockers! I love this deck in groups of 4+ people! It's loaded with tons of great multi-player targeting cards, which in conjunction with the mass destruction and necromancer abilities make for an interesting and unique game every time. Cheers!
