One of my favorite decks. I only play it for style and fun. Sadly I have no dual lands ... otherwise the deck would be full of them .. also there are more Glittering Wishs supposed to be in this deck for efficient use of the sideboard

Mirror Gallery. That card can become a big help with this deck. You also need that Dragon that can make dragons cost less. Other than that, 7.3. I rated it that. Getting those cards could boost it to 7.8.

Since this deck doesn't care much about dollar value, throw a dragonmaster outcast or two in there. six or more lands, and you have a 5/5 dragon
Dragonmaster Outcast is a nice idea thanks. Did not know the card. For cheaper casting I consider taking Urza's Incubator or Urza's Filter into the deck, but Dragon Arch would be indeed a better match for the deck theme.
