This budget deck is built around the outlast ability. With the abzan creatures out everyone with a +1/+1 counter gets flying, first strike, and trample.
Once a creature has a +1/+1 counter it gains a bunch of abilities. The idea is to continue stacking +1/+1 counters on everything and win with 10/10 flying, first strike, trample creatures.
