Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!
Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.

id drop soul conduit unless you're going to add phyrexian unlife. since you are playing a few life gain spells and you're going up against an infect deck, its likely that you'll have more life than your opponent, in which case, soul conduit isn't really doing much. I'd also drop dispatch since you're not running that many artifacts. check out my melira deck, it's a different concept, but can still deal with infect nicely. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=190504

Thanks for the advice, I didn't even think about the Metalcraft aspect of Dispatch. I'll boot that and Soul Conduit and add another Angels Mercy and Leeches.
looks like a fun deck and props for running Leeches. Since you are running green and white with Melira, Sylvok Outcast I think 1 or 2 Phyrexian unlife is a good ideal. Also Green Sun's Zenith would be a nice add too. Good luck!
I ran this deck against my wifes creature heavy infect deck and Phyrexian Unlife would have saved my ass. Sadly she just overwhelmed me.
You should also add Etched Monstrosity since you're using Melira. 10/10 for 5 isn't shabby.
