The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...
Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!
Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.
main combo is to use giant growth on hydra then cast artful dodge and swing for 10 infect signal pest is an easy cast that can pump up your other infects, trepanation blade and blighted agent can be a scary combo oculus, rot wolf, and ponder to draw cards mana leaks and unsummons just in case you need to throw a wrench in the machine deck is pretty much done but if you can think of anything that would make it faster then please let me know

You could really stand to take out the Trepanation Blade for something a lot more viable. The Blade is incredibly inconsistent while something like Feast and Famine isn't. yeah but i don't really need the vapor snags because the deck focuses on infect
and i agree about the trepanation blade but i'm not sure what to use
Livewire Lash ! If you're going to be targeting your creatures anyway, the lash hands out free poison counters. I also second the sub for vapor snags. P.S. Thumbs up for choosing infect ;)
i do seem to be having trouble keeping the hydra on the field to get rid of the summoning sickness
