Puresteel paladin so you dont have to pay equip costs and has metalcraft to do so. mirran crusader ti replace the edgewrights its an extra mana but has pro black and green and double strike right off the bat so its a bit better. id take the expanse out for clifftop retreat as well nice build though. made my day to see a metalcraft deck i started during the scars block

Glad I could make your day I sadly started with avacyn wasn't too happy wasn't very strong with blue which is my favorite color but so far scars of mirrodin block is my favorite the artifacts were great but thanks for the advice I'm still a little new with the game but I've been getting better i just wish I could make this deck though don't have the money busy on an angel deck
Look through the original mirrodin block its awesorfor artifacts too. the other two swords of mirrodin are there as well.

And for the heck yea comment like I said I started around avacyn and by the way a friend of mine is about the same but he's looking to get a bit more competitive I'm sure he would like some help he's not familiar with standard rules but his name is jpgirs

Id throw another set of equipment in so you get the metalcraft easier. though very nice choice with etched since it'll count towards the metalcraft. but dont sell yourself so short sometimes newer players notice things even pro players don't
