Deck Description

The Goal:

Create a deck that works well with invisible stalker

The Means:

Exalted and Cipher

The Fix:

Removal and Draw power

How to Play

The Cards:

Invisible stalker: A 1/1 unblockable hexproof has plenty potential. He get huge when he attacks, and you can cast those ciphers with him no problem.

Knight Of Glory: Here to give a boost to your invisible stalker, he also provides some protection from black!

Knight Of Infamy: A perfect aggro black card, stops the boros aggro cold. It really does. Try it out.

Sublime Archangel: This card is an exalted deck all by her self. Throw her into every white deck you own. Go buy two play sets of her now!

Tourmented Soul: Wanna know why he is all tourmented? Well, its because he is so jelly over invisible stalker. He'll be begging you to cipher him opening hand.

Curiosity: Draw for when you need it. Almost a cipher, yet, in this deck, it is much better than last thoughts.

Dissipate: Your counter spell. Use it wisely.

Murder: Your removal spell, again, its all about how you play it.

Sphinx's Revelation: Three is more than enough for this deck, it will dig out those cards, and gain you a bit of life.

Call of the nightwing: Remember, you'll get an extra plus one for each creature once sublime is out there. These guys act as chump blockers, and they will help you buff your stuff. An over looked card, but it finds a good use in this deck.

Hands of Binding: Your stuff is unblockable, not invulnerable, use this to keep there field locked down tight.

Mutilate: Threw in more swamps than not for this one. Gets passed a few annoying boros charms.

Vault for life gain, and cathedral for extra exalt.

Deck discussion for Horrific Stalker

This is a pretty cheap deck (as far as tournament quality goes), that if played right, becomes a devastating mixture of exalted aggro and esper tempo/control. Yet you have to play it right. It is pretty self explanatory, but requires you to know a bunch about it, and your expected competition. This isn't one I'd bring to a tournament right away. Test the waters first, this deck is not very forgiving of miss plays. Not a bit.

A few concerns for this deck, counter spells, and field wipes.

Tell me what you think? Post comments, make suggestions, and if they are good, you'll gain rep! Yay Rep!

I think a Duty Bound Dead may prove useful here. Also ya you need more creatures for two reasons. One, to stay alive when your opponent wipes the board with their own Mutilate. Two, to further take advantage of exalted. Other than that looks great.

Your Mutilate will kill every of your creature beside Knight of Glory, looks a bit problematic to me

Oh hey! Look! I have board control, I can swing for lethal, and when I do, I make them do a bunch of shenanigans! I guess now is the perfect time to use this mutilate!

Wait... no, that would never happen. Why would I do that?

You use field wipes when they are in your advantage. Like the moments when you are creature screwed and going up against a turn four- five lethal aggro deck.

By the way, I do not think even Knight Of Glory can stop mutilate since it targets the field not the card.

You also just have 6 sources of swamp in your deck, which is really low for using multilate, so if he has a x/3 or x/4 out by turn 4 or 5 it's not even secured that it'll kill him. Aetherize sounds like the saver choice to me in tthis paticular deck

Wasn't sure about the knight, so I looked it up:
"502.7e Any damage that would be dealt by sources that have the stated quality to a permanent or player that has protection is prevented."

Supreme verdict, and Aethrize are both good. I should change to them. Most likely aethrize. However, I can't actually get it in the mainboard. I think it has to do with the A&E symbol preventing me from finding it.

Even with so little swamps, crypt ghast effects is more than worth it. When I have it out, it will worth the few extra mana. In fact, without the crypt ghast it would be impossible to run the sideboard. Actually, just unlikely.

I am going to use your deck as a starting template for a possible standard deck. I normally play casual or legacy and haven't bought too many of the latest sets. I have about two weeks to work on something for a tournament. Not expecting a win, but want something respectable.
