This is essentially an izzet control deck with delver and chandra as your win condition, but you'll have to keep them at bay while they get you there! Lightning prowess will keep chandra's spit fire a healthy 4/3, and give some burn to your archeaomancers and static casters'. It'll put the on a ticking clock that will surely put you one or two turns closer to the win. Next off keep those bad boys off you with Aetherise and blustersqual, with many copies of each, don't feel like you need to overload blustersquall to often. Keep counterflux as your 'render silent' making sure that additional spells can't be cast, saves you one turn. Syncopate is also very nice, especially opening hand. Amass the components will help you dig out spells.
