Deck discussion for Wandering Village

So, a Selesnya Aggro deck huh?

I can't stand Aggro decks, to humdrum, no good combos, just attack attack attack burn burn win. So I add a bit of finesse to my decks. Is it aggro though? Yes, but augmented with life gain, combos and shenanigans.

Like it? Hate it? Naya blitz it? Post Below!

Ok, so this deck works. BUT! Your going ot have alot of issues late game. And it isnt even that aggro. I played with a deck very similar to this one for a long while, but it always got kicked the shit out of at FNM. The deck itself is a great build, it does what its supposed to, but in the current meta, and from what i see the future meta being...its going ot have a rough time getting there. Good luck though! And please tell me how it does. I would love to see this deck succed!

No issues late game, just save the vitu-ghazi, save the trostani, and spam the abilities with all that mana! I hear your warnings but by turn five, you should already have more than enough creatures to hold off. By turn seven, you should be adding some major trample power to your wayfaring temples.

The late game is actually when this deck flourishes the most! By then your champion is getting something up to three counters per turn, and even if they remove him and your temple with stuff like azorius charm or just strait kill, they can't kill off all the tokens. Then there is mayor, preventing aurelia's fury, electrickery, or illness in the ranks from being effective.

Think late game for this deck and you'll have no problem. Oh I got to get champion out early! Wrong... So so wrong. I wouldn't play him until I can play a few! Say turn six? After a few fogs? I have about two in hand. First thing before populating play them both, then populate.

On a good day? I have 8/8 vigilances holding down the fort, and a wayafaring temple with a mayor. No telling how many counters from the gavony township.

You will still have the same trouble with naya blitz as you do with any deck, thats what fog is for. It is part of the reason my morning chill deck preforms so well.
