I recommended less forests and more deck thinning. Cultivate, fetchlands, harrow, Khalni Heart Expedition, Evolving wilds, stuff like that

If you copy a 0 cost artifact like thopter or everflowing chalice, then it will cost 0 to tap and bring back, sacrifice to ravager, and dross scorpion's ability will untap prototype portal again. repeat

I don't think you would be needing both Contagion Clasp and Engine, of course their mana costs are to look at, but once you get out Engine you wont be using Clasp. With the lands you have I would take out Clasp and put in either Thummingbirds or Inexorable Tide to Proliferate. Also you could take out Steady Progress and 1 or 2 Ravagers to put in the inf +1/+1 Ravager combo with dross scorpion and prototype portal.
