Deck Description

Based around burns and counters which buff up the Kiln Fiends and Surrakar Spellblades considerably. Pretty easy to get a 3rd turn swing for 7 with kiln fiend (not to mention the burn damage that would accompany it) or a 4th turn attack and draw 2 cards with Surrakar Spellblade.

Deck discussion for Surrakar Burn

With no artifacts, I would swap stoic rebuttal with deprive, and possibly adding some halimar depths to add some extra scrying. Instead of spell pierce swap for distortion strike. It will help your creatures deal the damage you need them to do. So -2 stoic, +2 Deprive, -2 terramorphic maybe? +2 Halimar. SB: +3 spell pierce, MB:+3 distortion strike. I'd also SB some slagstorm, pyroclasm, etc. and possibly some big fatties like inferno titan, etc. Hope that helps! Good luck!

Definitely am a fan of distortion strike and deprive in this deck, those are going in. As for halimar depths, with 4 Preordain and all of the drawing going on with Neurok/Surrakar I don't think it's worth it considering Halimar Depths comes into play tapped and slows the deck down. I appreciate the help!
