The combo is simple: play a creature with haste, exile it with Oblivion Ring or Fiend Hunter, then play Worldfire and win the game. Boros Signet and Battle Hymn get the mana needed for Worldfire, and Reforge the Soul helps to get you to the cards you need. The sideboard is mostly set up to help against flying and enchantments. Other than Boros Signet, this deck is Standard in the hopes that the signets will be reprinted in the Return to Ravnica block. Comments are welcome.
