Well, allow me to try to help.
It's kinda weak for legacy, you need to take out Krosan Drover. Maybe make full use of this enchantments plus Heartless Summoning(I just think this card was made for dragons) and taking out the mana dorks. Well, your choice, it's viable cuz you have some mana fixing with Utopia Sprawl, Fertile Grounds and Abundant Growth. Or simply use Dragonspeaker Shaman, since all of your big creatures are dragons. xD

Things you can already do:
Take out the 2 Abundant Growth and put in 1 more Fertile Ground and 2 more Utopia Sprawn. Also, to make more use of Utopia Sprawl you could switch the Rootbound Crags with Stomping Grounds, they also count as forests to be enchanted.

Switch the Kazandu Refuge with Mountain Valley, also to search the possible needed forest for Utopia Sprawl. Again, your choice.

...and, if you could see mine too: http://www.mtgvault.com/marcosknux/decks/dragon-twin/

I agree with most of what marcosknux said.

You might want to consider Gruul Turf instead of Kazandu Refuge. Both come into play tapped. Both sacrifice tempo for mana options. Gruul Turf just gets you more mana. This is especially useful if you have a card that untaps a land (as opposed to a basic land or a forest etc). You have such a card in Voyaging Satyr.

Its always tricky to plan land types when your mana ramp is one color and your heaviest mana requirement is a different color. That's what makes Fertile Ground so good.

I also agree that "mana dorks" as marcosknux called them, tend to be chancier than enchantments on lands.

With that in mind I would consider a land distribution with a couple more forests to try to get a relatively consistent 1st turn forest.

I am partial to Slumbering Dragon and would up that to 4. I would ditch the Llanowar Elves and Arbor Elf to increase Fertile Ground and Utopia Sprawl to 4 apiece.

Dragon Broodmother works very well with both Scourge of Valkas and Utvara Hellkite. Good Thinking there.

I would beef up the number of Dragons you have with lesser mana cost dragon (dragon hatchling, dragon egg, dragon whelp, etc.). Maybe take out Krosan Droser and Abundant Growth for the room.

Bogarden Hellkite is sweet, but is also 8 mana. Its a heckuva surprise with its flash ability, but an expensive one.

Don't forget that changelings can act as dragons too. Taurean Mauler is a beast...grows in similar fashion to Slumbering Dragon.

I would also try to get down to 60 cards.

This deck is an interesting start! I'm psyched to see how it develops!
Hope this helped.

Ok gents. I would like to recommend two of my personal dragon decks for you. Both have had a retarded amount of success and are incredibly fast. With the Adult Dragon deck, I have had 30 or so dragons out by Turn 6 (although I can't remember how I pulled it off haha) and with the baby dragons, well, they just poop out baby dragons =D Seriously though, great dragon decks and I hope these can help you improve your own dragons!

Side note: In the Adult Dragon deck, take out scourge of the throne and the deck becomes modern.
