use tectonic edge, quicksand, and dread statuary instead of 12 plains. they will serve the same purpose as plains, but have useful abilities. voltaic key is a must with steel overseer. check out my artifact deck at http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=76316

thanks for land help. Forgot about voltaic key for some reason. Everything should be good now.
You should run a few fabricates as 3 mana tutor is always nice. Also why not run blue for etherium sculptor, and also you neeeeed basilisk collars with Triskelion. Its like sparkmage, only better :-)
if you use blue, you may as well throw in tezzeret for his untap and fetch abilities
try throwing in some cards like Fabricate which allows you to search your deck for any mana, and maybe Master Transmuter to swap cheap cards on the field with expensive ones in your hand (That and if you couple it with Winter Orb and lots of artifact mana gatherers, it can shut down your opponent's mana.) All in all, this is a great deck! Comment and rate for me too please!
