Its not so much a counter deck as it is a merfolk and faerie deck. I slipped some counters in there because some of the other cards have abilities that act as counters and negates. You are right though, a good counter deck has multiples of 1 card like a counter. I do appreciate the advice and it has given me inspiration to build a true counter deck. Seeing as it is a game and I only play with friends and not in the big leagues I don't really worry about it. I am a beginner and still learning so any advice is helpful and appreciated.
