dont add megrim or caress. its pretty good by itself. i suggest adding some lands that produce both black and blue mana so u can throw in Notorious Throng (Extremely helpful) and Knowledge Exploitation (quite decent, maybe sideboard, but id put one or two in the main deck). Both cards, with prowl, only require one blue, so if you one land out that can produce blue your good to go. both of these cards are under a dollar, too. what i would do landwise to get the blue would be adding one or two island, and two or three drowned catacomb, which are 2.50 on channelfireball. the island should not be to much of a drawback; just use for colorless for other cards. it would also work for sygg and inkfathom infiltrator. id take out one or two prikily boggart, earwig squad, and cloak and dagger for these cards. the boggart sucks (useful for prowl, thats about it) and u dont need four squad or dagger.
my friend has a deck similar to this, so i know the cards that are the most effective in this deck., such as morsel theft and noggen whack. id add one more of those. also, to lower the price of the deck and accomidate for blue better, id switch unmake for doom blade. i like doom blade better cuz the cost and they cant use it against you with a redirect or something. id also make it a 22 land deck; the highst mana costing thing u have here is 5, and u can get it out with prowl for even less. hope i helped, check out some of my latest decks! oh and id take out the word goblin out of the title, it sound alot cooler and less confusing just being rouge. besides, it has faires and merfolk in it too.

ok good job but i would put something other than vivid creek. if the drowned catacomb is too much, id add jwar isle refuge which in this deck is the same as vivid creek except u gain a life and can use is for black more than twice. its also only a quarter.
