I need help on how to make this deck together obviously I just threw abunch of things I saw beat my dad's deck and put it in.

Put your commander into your sideboard, it's easier to distinguish.Also, might consider Darksteel Ingot over Manalith, if you don't want to run both. Another alternative would be Vessel of Endless Rest!
