Just counter whatever is played, trying to use always counter spell that have lower cost than the card countered. At some time in the game you will have a snapcaster, a mystic snake or a Ooze, and you keep attacking. Abrupt Decay and Go for the Throat for anything that slipped the countering (and the last even to destroy eventually land-creature).
