So one of my friends recently started playing magic and requested me to help build him a deck. I had a budget of 30-40 dollars and this is what is the deck came out with. Considering the cost, so far it has been very successful. Agian this deck is for a beginner so I kept it very simple and straight forward. I find that with a decent draw this deck can be very effective.
