This is my Temur deck. I would love all the help to make this deck really good. I only want to use khans of tarkir a cards in this deck. All help and feedback is appreciated.

Deck discussion for Temur - please help

Don't know how much money you are willing to spend, so be aware I didn't really consider budget. If you are going to run only Khans cards, I would consider making this into an aggro deck. Consider:
4 Icefeather Aven
4 Heir of the Wilds
4 Highland Game
2-4 Jeering Instigators
4 Alpine Grizzly
4 Savage Knuckleblade
2-3 Surrak Dragonclaw
2-3 Snowhorn Rider or Sagu Mauler or Sarkhan, Dragonspeaker

This will give you a relatively fast creature base. Some of them with double purposes. For spells:

2-4 Awaken the Bear
2-4 Become Immense
4 Arc Lightning
2-4 Cancel
2-4 Stubborn Denial
2-4 Icy Blast
4 Temur Charm
2 Crater's Claws

This will give you some control, dodge, and damage allowing for great versatility. Looking at all the cards I suggested, you're going to want about a 50/25/25% split between G/R/U for your mana base. Dual and triple lands will help you get all your colors covered. I didn't suggest Temur Ascendency because you aren't going to have many creatures out on the field that will allow you draw the extra card, and the turn you spend playing it could be used for playing a creature instead. I would suggest staying away from cards that have the emblem of other clans on them (Temur is the claw, but you probably know that) unless you have a specific reason to keep them in. Also, if you do take my advice, try to limit how many 4+ drops you have, since those go against the idea of an aggro deck.

Remember that what I'm suggesting is hardly definitive and is just my opinion. Feel free to take out or add in anything you think would be appropriate.

This is the stuff I would get rid of first. Most of it isn't cost effective:

Mistfire Weaver
Scaldkin
Tuskguard Captain
Wetland Sambar
Arrow Storm

This stuff is stuff that's okay, but you can do better:
Altar of the Brood
Mardu Warshreiker
Sagu Archer
Singing Bell Strike
Dragonscale Boon
Crippling Chill
Force Away
Blossoming Sands

The stuff I didn't mention is decent and you could probably do alright if you are not able to take it out, or decide that keeping it in is better than taking it out.
