My first deck; I would like some advise to improve it; and to make it Legal in Legacy

Is this meant for casual play or competitive play? If competitive, you could remove Edge of the Divinity and it would be standard legal. I personally use Ethereal Armor in my standard Orzhov deck. It has good synergy with other enchantments, and when applied to a Vampire Nighthawk (another card that I recommend) it is a first strike, deathtouch, lifelink, flyer for 4 mana that is a least a 3/4. I don't really like Debt to the Deathless. You have a low number of lands, so it would be difficult to use that to its full effectiveness. On the other hand, if you added Crypt Ghasts, your mana pool would be significantly larger, and this card would be much more effective. With that being said, I run 4 Crypt Ghasts and I still don't like Debt to the Deathless.You have too many Kingpin's Pet. You can only have 4 of any given nonbasic, nonland card. Also I would cut deck size down to 60 and add a sideboard.I like Merciless Eviction for a flexible board wipe option.Vizkopa Guildmage is a great card, especially when you have multiple lifelink creatures available. I would suggest more of those.Definitely keep your Tithe Drinkers. Great card. Also will suggest these creatures: High Priest of Penance, Desecration Demon, Blood Baron of Vizkopa, Dutiful Thrull, Basilica Guards.

I think you've made a typing error with Kingpin's Pet ;-) You have 1 Godless Shrine, change that to 4. Keep the 4 Orhov Guildgate and change your Plaines and Swamps to 8 of each. If you do that you will have a better manaflow.Lose the Maze Abomination. Sure deathtouch is great, but i don't see how it's make you're deck better. I also would lose the Alms Beast. You're playing with extort, you drain the life from you're opponent, not gain him life with this card.Gift of Orzhova is also not a good card because the most of your creatures have already lifelink (undirectly with extort) and are flying creatures. Instead you can change One Thousand Lashes to 4 pieces and Vizkopa Guildmage to 2. If you do it that way, you'll have exactly 60 cards in you're deck.
