This is actually a pretty decent and very fast deck. It brings creatures out fast while beefing them up in the process. I only use the Planeswalkers because they take heat off of me and eat a few lightning bolts, etc. We play every friday night and trust me, time the first few creatures hit the board they die, so I figured a few creatures would live if Planeswalkers are out.

If you have Lotus/Peral, that means this is a vintage format deck. And for a vintage deck, it's terrible. If you want to build to type 2 from where you are, it wouldn't be hard.

How is it terrible for a T1 deck?
Vintage decks have combos that can win on turn 2-4. Tribal type of decks like this just can't compete with that in that format.
It needs to be Standard... MAYBE Extended but honestly I'm not to sure on that one either.
So, help me out then? We only play Vintage (T1), so what would help this deck withstand against other Vintage decks?
