Prety straigh forward for starting hand its important to have at least one of each mana or a dual colored land(2 lands), a jace phantasm and fog bank(2 creatures), mill spells(at least 2), wich leavs one card open for whatever you refer to use(advise anoher creature).Profane Mementum gives you a bit of space when you are taking a beating from very fast decks.Jace is used as mid game (use ability 0 to mill ten cards at a time in conjuction with spells the game will ende in a couple of rounds) it boosts your mill capability and creture power for its own defence.Go for the throat is used for some bad creatures that you really need to remove from the board (like stoping combos creatures with enchants, deathtouch specific cases)Visions of beyond is just an acelerator , and helps with the top decking, from time to time it does happen as a result of the very fast mill via spells that youwill be doing.
