Vexing Sphinx, Cloudseeder, Compulsion, Llanowar Mentor, and Dream Halls might be interesting ways to help you discard cards. Crush of Worms, Grizzly Fate, and Call of the Herd are pretty good Flashback cards that make creatures. Cool deck idea.
Nice deck, maybe throw in some non-discard power houses and a couple counters. other than that looks good, you got a good draw discard set up, u may not need the looter to make space for something bigger. comment on my RWU control deck, http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=15855
