I would remove "Nemesis of Reason" for "Jace, Memory Adept". Jace has the advantage of not having to attack your enemy to mill. Furthermore I would put "Archive Trap" into the sideboard. You don't have anything that will force your enemy to search his library. If you're up against e.g. a green ramp deck deck, it's OK, but if your enemy won't have to search his library, it's a dead card.
Take a look at "Jace's Phantasm", "Wight of Precinct Six" or "Dimir Guildmage" for example. There is a nice (but late) combo you can make with Jace and the Guildmage.
"Millstone" and "Nephalia Drownyard" could bring more constant but mana intensive mill, "Dream Twist" would be another cheap millspell.

-3 Nemesis of Reason
-4 Archive Trap (-> Sideboard)
-4 Twincast
-3 Terramorphic Expanse

+4 Jaces Phantasm (or Wight of Precinct Six, which looks better to you)
+3 Jace, Memory Adept
+4 Dream Twist
+3 Nephalia Drownyard

Also, in the current meta-game, everyone runs searchers, everyone has searchlands, even the mono-colored decks as the search lands allow deck thinning which equals card advantage.

Depends on how stable your mana base is. If you can play with standard lands it's OK, otherwise you will need duallands.
The searchlands are good for searching standards and thinning out the lands. Also they help to activate the landdrop ability of your Hedron Crab.

I was reffering specifically to the search lands of other people, as that facet of the current meta-game is what prompted me to include the archive traps, as they are the single greatest mill card ever, except a lucky mind funeral, I once milled a guy for 30 with that, although he was running a 16 land deck.

depends on the decks you're up to. You have it in your Sideboard, if you feel that it is more usefull than e.g. "Dream Twist" just switch. With the upcomming rulechange it will be possible to have a Sideboard with less than 15 cards.

Have you thought about running white blue instead?
White has better defence and more creature and artifact removal.
Run 3 of supreme verdict, disenchant, swords etc.I will post a mill in some days now and it is pretty nasty.
I dont mean you to copy it but it helps to see other peoples ideas to get some new youself right:-)

But I lose the better mill cards. That's the issue. I lose glimpse the unthinkable and mind funeral and wight of precinct 6. That is the core of the mill engine

I have, however I lose the better part of my mill engine, a la, mind funeral, glimpse the unthinkable, nephalia drownyard, nemesis of reason, and wight of precint six.

Well W/B mill isnt as fast as U/B but its much easier to control the opponent with white and blue.In my mill deck i actually use the good ol millstones and some blue mill spells with flashback and damn it goes fast when it starts.
Just sit back relax control the situation and yeah WIN!!!

Btw i agree with you regarding the Archive Traps. Everybody plays with fetchlands nowadays but i would run it down to 2 so you can put in more mill cards thats not completely reliable of what the opponent does.

For example Tome Scour,Dream Twist,Curse of the bloody tome is a mill enchantment on autopilot.
This is just some examples. Im not telling you what is best just coming up with suggestions and ideas.

Nope havent put it out here yet. Have put together numerous in the last ten years or so and still tweaking. It never ends but i can surely put out a mill deck that has been the spine of my decks through the years.
Am at work now but i can try a little later today if i got the time though!!!
